Working Introduction

Collaborative compatibility assessment.

This working session is an opportunity for both of us to see if our communication and working styles are compatible, and determine a path forward. I will utilize this time to gain an introductory understanding of the changes you’d like to see accomplished, and share my immediate feedback and early recommendations whether they include my services or something else entirely.

Scoping

In-depth discovery and preparation for either a Sprint, Quarter, or Bi-annual program.

This time will be spent thoroughly inquiring, examining and analyzing the full scope of the changes you wish to see accomplished. This will include identifying and assessing cross-functional impacts to other areas in your life.

12 - 24 hours

Three consecutive days held in-person or by video conference.

Sprint

Short burst of focused change effort.

A sprint is a unit of time during which targeted change tactics are implemented. Consists of regimented daily implementation and tracking of agreed upon change tactics. Includes prioritization, two weekly retrospectives and tactic iterations.

3 weeks

Held in combination of in-person and video conference

Quarter

Mid-length, in-depth change effort.

Consecutive series of four sprints during which targeted strategy-aligned tactics are implemented. Includes in-depth strategy workshop, prioritization, and eight retrospectives with iterative evolution of change tactics.

12 weeks / 3 months

Held in combination of in-person and video conference

Bi-annual

Longer in-depth change effort.

Consecutive series of eight sprints during which strategy-aligned change tactics are implemented, tracked, reflected upon and iterated upon in order to implement a complex set of changes. Includes twice the same aspects of a Quarter, as well as extended operational support beyond the completion of the program.
